Bábógbaby wins Gold

It was a Double Win for Bábógbaby who took home Gold and Silver at the Vodafone Start Up Awards last night! The Irish speaking Teddy Bear won Gold in The Vodafone Start Up Awards, Best Irish Language Product “An comhlacht nua is fearr le hearra nó seirbhís i nGaeilge” 2012 and Silver in the Business Plan of the Year Award!
Bábógbaby or “BB Bear” was announced as the overall winner of the Gaeilge award for start ups last night at a highly anticipated, glittering Awards ceremony at The Burlington Hotel, Dublin. The Award is a highly sought after accolade by business professionals nationwide and recognises the companies who trade in the Irish language and bilingualism within business. Bábógbaby was also nominated in the best business plan category for a start up.

The Gold and Silver Start Up Awards pay tribute to BB Bear’s long standing promotion of the Irish language in the marketplace and the strength of the strategic Business Plan. It values the use of Irish as a powerful marketing tool in emphasising BB Bear’s origin and brand values, highlighting the Irish language as the driving ethos behind the creation of Bábógbaby.
